Treatment is available to clients ages 18 to 64 who are located and living in MA, NH, and ME. Treatment is available for college students who are located in MA, ME, or NH during the time of treatment. Treatment is offered for those who are seeking relief from depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar II, or ADD/ADHD.

All appointments are completed by telehealth and are available on weekdays and evenings. Clients must be living and physically located in MA, NH, or Maine during the time of their appointment.

During your appointments we will discuss medications, supplements, diet, therapy, and lifestyle approaches to help improve your overall well-being. We will work together to come up with a personalized treatment plan that will help you reach your realistic and attainable goals by bringing together, lifestyle strengths, psychotherapy, and medication.
